• Attempt to "out", expose, or blackmail another member.
• Collect or harvest personal data of other members without consent.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates Indian law or any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post on the Platform (photos, bios, messages). By posting content, you grant SugarDaddyChat.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

All Platform design, features, trademarks, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of SugarDaddyChat.in. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Memberships & Payments

Basic access to SugarDaddyChat.in is free. Premium membership plans provide additional features. By purchasing a premium plan:

• You authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SugarDaddyChat.in provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties or other members. Any interactions you have with other members — online or offline — are entirely at your own risk. We strongly encourage all members to follow our Safety Guidelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SugarDaddyChat.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Safety & Reporting

If you experience any unsafe, threatening, or illegal behaviour, report it immediately to safety@sugardaddychat.in or use the in-platform reporting tools.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or its members. You may also delete your account at any time via your account settings.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We encourage users to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting our support team.

12. Changes to These Terms
